World Book Day 2015
Last week the entire School celebrated World Book Day, with pupils and staff dressing up as their favourite literary characters.
In the Prep School, the staff surprised the children when they all appeared dressed as Wally or Wenda from the Where's Wally? series. Headmaster David Edwards said “We love dressing up for World Book Day, especially as it positively reinforces the message of how important reading is to all of our pupils.”
Meanwhile, in the Senior School, pupils and staff collaborated to dress up as groups of characters from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, The Avengers and Alice in Wonderland, to name a few examples.
All participants paid for the privilege of dressing up and the money collected will be donated to charity.
