Our staff are valued and take pride in whatever their particular role provides for our community. All staff take a full role in the School, within our community and are committed to all areas of life at Warminster, including boarding and the co-curricular. Whether that is supporting a weekend fixture, a drama production, a concert or volunteering at a WSPA event.

Additionally, professional development is a significant area which we invest in. We have a dedicated Professional Development Department who enthusiastically promote and deliver CPD, including leadership programmes, for everyone that works at Warminster.
