The Senior School educates approximately 400 boys and girls aged 11 to 18. Our pupils follow a broad, rich curriculum in the lower years before studying GCSEs in Years 10 and 11. We are proud of the extensive range of subjects offered to enable pupils with a variety of academic abilities to reach their potential. As the first school in the region to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma, alongside the traditional A Level programme, we are confident that we deliver high quality education at a level to suit all our pupils. Unlike some boarding schools, there is no Saturday morning school and instead, boarders enjoy plenty of structured activities and are actively encouraged to take part. There is a full fixture list of sports which, in keeping with our ethos of participation and opportunity, includes all our pupils, whatever their ability.
