Old Vic go karting
After a Saturday full of sport including tennis, athletics and cricket, the Old Vic boys finished off the day with pizza, chicken and chips and a DVD.
The following day, the boys looked forward to their annual outing to M4 Karting near Chippenham.
The group was divided into three depending on age and each had two sessions of 10 minutes on the track. Mr Knight had purchased trophies for the winners in each group.
As you can see from the photos, all of the pupils had a great time performing on the 400m track. Many thanks to Mr Mercer and Mr Evans for supporting this trip.
The winners were:
- Joseph McQuilton (Year 4)
- James Carley (Year 9)
- Cesare Spotorno (Year 9)
On their return to School, many of the boys then represented Warminster in a football and rounders match against Bishopstrow College before rounding off the weekend with a BBQ on School House lawn.
It was an action packed weekend and one that the pupils will remember for a long time.
