MRS PARRACK’S PLANS FOR WORLD BOOK DAY
Don’t forget that Thursday 7th March is World Book Day.
This is your opportunity to dress up as your favourite book character. Will you be The White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, super-sleuth James Bond, Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games or even Bella Swan from the Twilight novels? Last year we were cursed with snow, but Mr Robertson still struggled in as Napoleon from Animal Farm, whilst Jamie Holmes was the Cat in the Hat.
Dust off those old costumes and help raise money for charity. Why not get together with your friends and be the Golden Ticket winners from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? (Bagsie not Augustus Gloop!) Don’t forget, there is a prize for best costume. We look forward to seeing your exciting ideas.
