St Monica is located in a quiet corner of the campus in our 'boarding village' and benefits from its own private outdoor recreational area of beautiful lawns and a stream, where the pupils have the opportunity to socialise with friends or play some version of a ball game. Facilities within the house include a computer room, common room and a well-resourced social area with its own cooking area.

Life in the House is both hectic and fun! We try to cram in as many activities and adventures as possible to keep the children entertained, which range from cooking and sport to paintball, bowling, and our exciting, newly-instituted Forest School camping weekend.

Housemaster, Mr Mercer is a Physics teacher in the Senior School and together with Ellen Santana, Matron, provide all our young peoples need to thrive in this family feel boarding house. Together with the resident assistant and academic Tutors, Mr Mercer and Ms Santana work hard to make sure everyone is happy as possible, as it is the School’s and the House’s belief that pastoral happiness and comfort are indelibly linked with academic success.

Please make contact with us as soon as you can to book a tour of the House. We very much look forward to welcoming you!
