Creating art together from 3 to 18

To celebrate The Big Draw 2014, Warminster Prep and Senior School pupils worked on a collaborative project to create a response to the theme “It’s our World”.  Pupils used the local environment and natural forms as inspiration and captured the shapes, patterns, lines and textures found in our environment by using just pencil.  The pupils, aged 3 to 18, worked brilliantly together and the Thomas Arnold Hall was a real buzz of creative talent.

Louisa Clayton, Head of Art at Warminster School commented, “This is the 9th year we have organised The Big Draw, it was great fun and a fantastic opportunity for the pupils to mix across a broad age range to create a wonderful piece of Art. The power of drawing can be seen in the fabulous work that the pupils produced.”
