Midsomerset Festival

On Thursday 6 March 2008, the following pupils from years 7, 8, 9 attended the Mid-Somerset Festival in Bath, Alexandra Howlett, Ben Ecclestone, Millie Cope, Tash Eeles, Jojo Alun-Jones, Fraser Richardson, Alice Cook, Henry Joyce, Alex Odam, Jack King, Charlie Jones. The Mid-Somerset Festival is a very prestigious festival which celebrates music and drama. The pupils from Warminster School were entered into the solo and duologue acting categories. All pupils did exceptionally well and Jojo Alun-Jones won her class (Solo Acting for Under 14’s) beating some very strong competitors. Jojo was awarded the Kitty Doyle Cup.
