If you have any worries or concerns then you should contact your son/daughter’s Tutor in the first instance. This can be done by e mailing them or by ringing Reception on 01985 210100. They will take a message and the Tutor should be in touch within 24 hours with a response.

If your concerns involve the Tutor, then you would need to contact the appropriate Head of School:

Mrs Nic Curtis, Head of Lower School, who has responsibility for students in years 7, 8 and 9

Ms Nia Davies, Head of Middle School, who has responsibility for years 10 and 11

Mr Graeme McQueen, Head of Sixth Form.

If you feel that your concerns have not been dealt with to your satisfaction then please contact either Mrs Olivia Bourne (if it is an academic issue) or Mrs Terri Wilcox (if it is of a pastoral nature).

Ultimately your complaint could be taken to the Headmaster, Mr Martin Priestley
