Welcome to the Old Vicarage, a delightful Georgian building which was extensively refurbished prior to opening in 2001 as the School's junior boarding house. The Old Vicarage caters for boy boarders in Years 7 to 9, and provides a modern boarding environment for the boys in our care, whilst preserving the charm and character of the original structure.
My wife, Tracy, and I have been looking after the junior boarders in the Old Vicarage since April 2009 and it is also home to our young son, Joshua. We run the house very much as an extension of our own family and it is our firm belief that the pupils here enjoy a happy, secure environment which encourages the development of confident and well rounded individuals.
The Old Vicarage is a community in which new boys are quickly made to feel welcome. One important way in which this is achieved is through weekend and evening activities. Whether it be a giant "sleepover" party in the Common Room or a "wide game" in the evening, all are made to feel part of the family.
We would be only too happy to show you around the Old Vicarage and to give you the opportunity to meet the boarders in the House.
