Senior School - Match Cancellation Policy
The following policy will be implemented in regards to match cancellations.
A cancellation time will be added to all team lists. These team lists will be posted on the website as they are currently done.
Phone Tree
The captain of the team will report to the member of staff i/c team on the Friday morning break to confirm that all the team members have the captain’s telephone number and the number of the person below them on the phone tree.
If a match is cancelled due to weather conditions/other circumstances, then the teacher i/c
will phone the captain of the team to inform them of this.
The captain (name at the top of the sheet) will then phone the next person below on the team sheet. Once the last person on the list has received their call then he/she should phone the teacher i/c of that team to inform them that everyone has received the message. A contact number for the teacher i/c will be given to the captain and the last person on the list.
Telephone
A telephone message will also be left on the voicemail of both the boys’ and girls’ PE office numbers.

Extracurricular, Sport, Forthcoming Fixtures, Relevant Sport e.g. Girls Hockey, and then under the yellow information box e.g. as below.
