Wessex Water visit Year 6 pupils
As part of their Geography topic on Water, Year 6 pupils were visited by a representative of Wessex Water today, to learn about where our water comes from.

Years 1 and 2 visit an Estate Agents
As part of the topic for this term 'Houses and Homes' Year One and Year Two visited Davis & Latcham Estate Agents in Warminster. They were finding out about buying and selling houses in order to set up an estate agents as a role play area in the classroom.

Drama Bridging Project
Pupils in Year 5 were visited by the Senior School Head of Drama, Mr Todres, as part of the Bridging Project. The Bridging Project gives children in the Prep School a glimpse of what it is like to study in the Senior School.

Years 1 and 2 'Walk Safe'
Pupils in Years 1 and 2 demonstrated their knowledge of road safety today. A visitor from Wiltshire County Council came in to speak to the children about the importance of road safety and how we should behave when crossing busy roads, such as the ones near school.

Prep School Christmas Dinner
From the dining hall a chorus of Christmas carols could be heard floating throughout the school. This was of course the sound of lots of hungry, festive pupils at Warminster Prep School waiting for their lovely Christmas dinner.

Warminster School WATCH Club Fayre
As four men by the names of Hugo, Ross, Adam and Greg or 'The Atlantic 4' sit somewhere off the coast of La Gomera, ploughing through waves of up to ten feet, a slightly less gruelling, yet very rewarding challenge was taking place at Warminster School.

Pre-Prep Nativity Play
This week the Pre-Prep Nativity performances took place. Pupils in Nursery up to year two performed the Christmas Story of ‘The Best Gift’.

Warminster Prep Schools Under 11 Rugby side travelled to Bryanston School to take part in their Rugby Sevens Tournament this week.

Prep School EXEAT Concert
Thank you to all involved and those that attended our prep School EXEAT Concert! What a concert it was, hailed the best ever by Deputy Head Mr Morgan-Nash. Visitors were treated to Shakespearean drumming and solo pieces from pupils playing the drums, flute, piano and even the fife!

Warminster School hosts first Comenius Visit
Whilst some parts of Europe spiral out of all economic control, a quieter and more productive oasis can be found close to home, staff at Warminster Prep School together with staff from six different European countries will be combining to take part in a two year Comenius Project.
