Prep School Ski Trip 2010

Some fantastic late season skiing conditions and plenty of fresh snow allowed children, parents and staff from the Prep School to enjoy six wonderful days on the slopes of Pila in Italy.

The sunny weather and cold temperatures provided the perfect environment for the beginners to make rapid progress up the mountain away from the nursery slopes, while the more advanced skiers experienced everything the resort has to offer including the jumps in the snow park! Everyone enjoyed the après ski activities which included ten-pin bowling, swimming, a visit to an ice-cream parlour and a pizza evening.

The “Golden Waistcoat of Joy” made its usual appearance for the biggest mistake of the day – well done to Mrs Finnigan for winning it on day two! Mr Fothergill would like to thank everyone who attended the trip for making it so enjoyable. Looking forward to next year already.
