A party of 38 enjoyed some excellent skiing this Easter at the Italian resort of Pila. The conditions were excellent with fresh snow falling just before we arrived and again during the week. All the children made outstanding progress in ski-school each day and were awarded some very good grades by their instructors. Not everything went to plan for everyone on the trip – the “Golden Waistcoat of Joy” made its annual appearance and was awarded each day to the most deserving! Mr Fothergill is already planning 2009’s ski trip to the same resort and everyone is looking forward to it.
