fees can be arranged through Holmwoods Term Time credit. The figures quoted include a 2.75% service charge applied by Holmwoods.
a)
Flexible boarding - £25 per night.
b)
Day Pupils' fees include the cost of school lunches.
c)
The School must be given one term's notice IN WRITING of a pupil's removal from the School. In default of this notice, a full term's fees are payable in lieu. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details.
d)
The School reserves the right to charge interest at 8% above bank rate on accounts not settled by the start of term.
e) The School operates an Advance Capital Payment Plan; details will be provided on request.
2.
DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE FEE

a)
|
A deposit/guarantee fee of £500 per child is payable on acceptance of a place.
|
|
b)
|
Where parents are normally resident outside the
UK the Deposit/Guarantee fee is £1,000.
|
|
|
Notes
|
|
i)
|
Deposit/Guarantee fees are not refundable if an accepted place is not subsequently taken up.
|
|
ii)
|
The Deposit/Guarantee fee will be returned when the pupil leaves the School, less any extras incurred during the final term.
|
3.
REDUCTIONS IN FEES
|
a)
|
There is a reduction in fees of 5% for younger children in the same family.
|
|
b)
|
Bursaries may be available if a significant change in financial circumstances puts a pupil's
continuing education at risk.
Please write to the Headmaster for an application form.

a)

i) Bed linen (first term only) £20.

ii) Insurance of Personal Effects (optional).

ii)Music lessons - £150 per term for individual lessons at 10 per

shared lessons.

that no part of the fees can be refunded

iii)School musical instruments-hirecharge-£25 per term. |

iv)Learning Support - All lessons are for 35 minutes
If
a Learning Support Assessment is required, there will
be a charge of £60. |
5.
CLOTHES SHOP
The Clothes Shop is operated by School Retailers Ltd and separate accounts are maintained. Payment should be made on receipt of invoices.
Interest at 8% above bank rate per month may be charged on overdue accounts. Cheques should be made payable to School Retailers Ltd.

INSURANCES
Details of the School Fees Protection Scheme, Dental cover and
