Information and Communication Technology is an essential component of our lives. It has an impact on all aspects of our lives and permeates every facet of modern society.

A sound understanding of the technology and a good practical capability with computers are regarded as essential within the business community and for success at university and in further education.

At Warminster, ICT is regarded as a core subject. All pupils in Years 7-11 have timetabled ICT periods each week and every student is provided with the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification in ICT, at an appropriate level, before they leave Warminster. Students in the Sixth Form can choose ICT as an A Level subject.
