The History Department at Warminster School aims to enthuse and educate all students in the exciting events that shape our world today. We take an active approach to learning and encourage students to think, evaluate and share their ideas. History students at Warminster School certainly take note of Flaubert’s warning, and we openly question the major debates of our time.
The Department is located on the first floor of School House, the original building of Lord Weymouth School founded in 1707, and is a fitting venue for the major History Room at Warminster. History is also taught in Weymouth House.
